She is Co-founder and Director of C3 Communications, a boutique consultancy specialising in complex and often contentious infrastructure projects, mostly in energy. Having worked on the UKAEA’s STEP programme to build the world’s first fusion power plant, Saranne is currently working with a new nuclear developer to select and acquire a site to build its technology in the UK.

In addition to her communications experience, Saranne is also an accredited coach and mentor, supporting people at all stages of their career.

Dr Tasos Theofilou is Principal Academic in Public Relations at the Faculty of Media and Communication, at Bournemouth University (BU), UK. He is Chair of the International History of Public Relations Conference (IHPRC), guest editor of multiple special issues focusing on the history of public relations (namely with CCIJ, PR Review, JPRR ) and editor of book entitled “Women in PR History”, published by Routledge 2020.
